User Agreement and Privacy Policy

"TinyTall" ("TinyTall", "we", "us", or "our") is an application for managing digital TinyTall devices(hereinafter referred to as "the Device")

This application will connect to your body measurement equipment to provide you with professional measurement services.

During the process of using the App, the following information will be stored in your mobile phone or computer app: your registered personal information (nickname, gender, birthday.), your personal body data (including but not limited to external body measurable data such as height data , etc.)

In order to achieve the above functions, the application needs to invoke the following mobile phone permissions or functions: Bluetooth,Camera, storage permissions. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, TinyTall App (hereinafter referred to as "the App")will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission.

If you do not agree to allow the relevant mobile phone permission or functions, the application will not work properly. You can uninstall the application to terminate the processing of the above data or functionality.

By clicking "Agree and accept", you agree to the above content and our User Agreement.

The following terms and conditions of the User Agreement for us are legally binding agreements between you and TinyTall Team (hereinafter referred to as "the Team").

These Terms expressly state your legal responsibilities and rights with respect to your use of the Device, software, services and related websites (collectively, the "Service"). As used in these Terms, "you" means any individual who uses and accesses the Service.

In order to provide you with a better user experience, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Device Agreement before you can fully use the Service. The terms of the Agreement include any corresponding agreements between you and the Team (collectively, the "Terms").Please be sure to read the following terms carefully.

If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you will not be able to use the Service.

1. Scope of application

This Agreement only applies to the our application and you may not extend the rights granted in this Agreement to any other software.

2. Copyright statement

All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by the Team and are protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties and other applicable intellectual property laws or treaties. All rights reserved by the Team.

3. Scope of permission

The application is free of charge, you can download, install and use the software , unlimited times for nonprofit purpose.

4. Rights restrictions

4.1 You are not allowed to reverse engineering, reverse compile, or reverse assemble this application, and you are not allowed to alter any resources compiled inside the program files.  

4.2 You are not allowed to decompose the software, or embed part or all of the software into other software systems.

4.3 You are not allowed to remove any copyright notice or notice in the software.

4.4 You are not allowed to use this application to develop any derivative software or program.

4.5 You are not allowed to use the functions of the App to engage in any illegal or criminal activities.

4.6 The Team reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

5. Registration notice

5.1 The App provides the Services on an "Present situation" and "existing condition" basis only, without any warranty of any kind regarding the timeliness or accuracy of the Services.

5.2 You should be aware of the risk that the services provided by the App may fail or become unstable due to force majeure, computer virus, hacker attack, system incompatibility and other reasons. The Team will not be liable for any data error, loss or loss caused by any other reason. (any other reason: not caused by the the Team)

6.    Notice for use

6.1 Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, it needs to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and exception log analysis to provide users with better services. 6.2 "TinyTall" is the application of managing digital TinyTall devices; It will connect your the Device, and provides you with professional measurement and analysis services. Your following information will be stored locally, i.e. on your mobile phone and the Device. During the use of this application, the following information will be stored on your mobile phone or computer application:Your registered personal information (nickname, gender, birthday.), your personal body data (including but not limited to external body measurable data such as height data).In order to achieve the above functions, the application needs to invoke the following mobile phone permissions or functions: Bluetooth, storage, camera permissions. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the App will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. To terminate device management, you can uninstall the application.

6.3 This application is only available for mobile phones with official operating systems. For users who install non-official operating systems, the Team does not guarantee any quality of service.

6.4 The App may be updated or upgraded. In order to ensure the service provision, you need to keep the match between the App and the mobile app market version.

6.5 You can delete your previously registered account at any time by selecting the [ Account deletion ] option in the settings interface of the app, filling in the verification code received by your email correctly, and submitting it. After performing this operation, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your information and data according to your requirements, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. This may also result in you losing access to the data in your account. Please operate with caution.

7. Termination

The Team or its licensors may terminate this Agreement at any time if you do not comply with the terms or conditions of this Agreement.Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the application and delete all related applications and data that have been copied and installed on the device.

8. Limited Guaranty

8.1 Except as expressly guaranteed by the Team in this Agreement, no implied or express warranty is made as to any other implied, merchantability or specific use, and you shall bear the risk arising therefrom.

8.2 The Team does not guarantee that it will not infringe the rights of third parties.

9. Limited liability

9.1 The Team does not assume any responsibility or guarantee for any application problems caused by accidents, abuse, wrong use or unauthorized modification.

9.2 The Team shall not be liable for any other incidental, indirect or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of business profits, interruption of trade, loss of information or data, caused by the use of the application, even if the Team has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

10.   Upgrade version

10.1 Excluding the promise of upgrade support, it will be up to the Team to decide whether or not the app will offer version upgrades in the future.

10.2 This Agreement applies to the Upgraded Version unless there is an alternative Software License Agreement for the Upgraded Version.

10.3 If the software is labeled as an upgraded version, you must abide by this agreement.

11.   Special remarks

The Team may update or modify this Agreement from time to time and send such modifications through email or announcement in the Service.

12.   Other Terms & Conditions

Regardless of the conflict of legal principles, upon the agreement between you and the Team, any  disputes, claims and claims arising from the performance of this Agreement and acceptance of the Service hereunder shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in Qixing District, Guilin , Guangxi Province,China for litigation settlement.

13.   Integrality

This Agreement and the schedules reflect the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this subject matter and supersede all prior representations and agreements, express or implied, with respect to this subject matter.This Agreement contains all of the Team's obligations with respect to the Software.
